Obama Gashes Republicans For Trying to Give 4,000 Millionaires A $4 Million Tax Cut

It's that time of the year again; the time of the year when the Republicans undermine the financial stability of the our nation by attempting, yet again, to reduce the deficit to zero during the Obama Administration, and on the backs of the poor! Where were these conscientious people when we were using every credit card and accounting tactic to finance two wars on credit? We know that they decided to do it on the very night that Obama won the 2008 election, but why would they, Republicans, decide to do it on the backs of the poor; is it because the poor overwhelmingly gave Obama a clear-cut majority, and this is payback!

If Republicans were for real about balancing our fiscal accounts, they would adopt Eisenhower's agenda for balancing the books: Dwight D. Eisenhower is often quoted from his February 17, 1953 News Conference in which he said, "The fact is there must be balanced budgets before we are again on a safe and sound system in our economy. That means, to my mind, that we cannot afford to reduce taxes, reduce income, until we have in sight a program of expenditures that shows that the factors of income and of outgo will be balanced. Now that is just to my mind sheer necessity."

The stranglehold set in place by the Republicans with the Sequester Act has seen this nation gutted of the very funds necessary for it to thrive. Those advocating these tactics are ignoring... belligerently, the aftermath of their folly! My annual income, makes me the new Middle-Class, that's right, a retiree makes more money than those classified today as being the Middle-Class in these United States, and that  is pitiful!
